An elephant never forgets... TO KILL!

Some thoughts and events:

  • I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but this past week I had a Rupert Graves movie marathon and he is naked in ALL of his movies.
  • I kind of want to get a cartilage piercing.  And my tattoo.  There are about four parlors on campus, I could do it super easily.  And really, aren't I allowed some amount of rebellion?
  • I may have accidentally joined the socialist party.  I'm not really sure.  It all happened so quickly.
  • I think I want a pet tarantula, to go with my two bunnies, two guinea pigs, potbellied pig, gecko, dwarf frogs, and dog.
  • I've had about seven massive nosebleeds since moving to Illinois, and I have no idea why.
  • Sometimes people come into my dorm room and don't fawn over my plants, and it's always distressing and shocking.
  • You should listen to Cabin Pressure if you're not already.  It's amazing.  Really.
  • Large gray mammals are the best kind of mammals.
  • AND, for future reference, if you happen to leave a comment on this blog, I will reply!  But if you comment anonymously and I reply to your comment, you probably won't be notified of this fact.  So, check back, I guess, if you care to do so.
  • If there's anything you'd like to see me write about here, let me know!  Opinions on issues, stories of dramatic intrigue, a recommended reading list?  I do live to serve.

    1. I want a small elephant on my foot and a tree of life with the words "illegitimi non carborundum" underneath it on my thigh.

  2. Hahaha Oh, the socialists. They get you fast!
And the nosebleeds might be due to higher altitude?

    1. I really don't know. It's Illinois, not a location famed for its altitudes...

  3. The first rule of rebellious actions – they must be reversible. Never do any permanent on a whim. You will regret it later.

    1. It's not a whim, though. It's a thoroughly thought-out plan that I've had for months.

    2. You will have it forever so waiting a few more months won't hurt anything.

    3. Well, not to worry then! It's not like I'm planning to do it this Wednesday, or anything. It's just something I've been thinking about.
